Originally from Acapulco, Guerrero; he completed his undergraduate degree in administration in Mexico and post-graduate studies in Europe on 2009.
Afterwards, he pursued a career in logistics, maritime, air and land transportation and international trade, having started his experience in maritime administration in 2014.
